Relax, unwind, and feel GREAT! MKT Yoga classes are the perfect compliment to high-intensity workouts. Starting this Sunday, December 1st, at 3:00 pm., CrossFit MKT will offer yoga classes for MKT members, family, and friends.
A 60-minute gentle yoga class. We will provide a safe, effective, compassionate, non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all. This class is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice.
The class will be warmed to 90 degrees. This is not considered a “Hot” class. Participants will need to bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Participants are also responsible for communicating any injuries or limitations to the instructor. All experience and ability levels are welcome.
Class Dates and Times
Sundays, 3:00-4:00 pm.
Sunday December 1st – March 29th.
There will be no classes on December 22nd or February 9th.

Mallory Dischert, RYT 500
Mallory has been a yoga instructor since 2009. She got into yoga because a college friend opened her own studio and wanted Mallory to be apart of the team. Mallory received her RYT 500-hour yoga instructor training from The Yoga School of Therapeutics in Overland Park, Kansas.
Currently, an independent contractor, Mallory has been instructing Mizzou Athletic teams including; basketball, football, softball, track and field, cross country, swimming, golf, wrestling, soccer, gymnastics and tennis teams.

I love helping people to relieve stress while improving their sense of physical and emotional well being. My favorite part of a yoga class is the end when you can just feel the energy in the room is in a relaxed state.”
