CrossFit MKT 2020 Class Schedule

The following schedule begins on Sunday, January 5th.

CrossFit Classes

Workouts are different every day; intense, but personalized for each participant’s goals and level. Each class is coach led and includes expert instruction to make sure you have a challenging, safe, and fun training experience.

 

Weekdays

  • 5:00 – 6:00 am.
  • 6:15 – 7:15 am.
  • 7:30 – 8:30 am.
  • 8:45 – 9:45 am.
  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
  • 3:30 – 4:30 pm.
  • 4:30 – 5:30 pm.
  • 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
  • 6:30 – 7:30 pm. (*excluding Fridays)

Saturdays

  • 7:00 – 8:00 am.
  • 8:15 – 9:15 am.
  • 9:30 – 10:30 am. – Community Class

Sundays

  • 10:00 – 11:00 am.
  • 11:15 – 12:15 am.
