  • The 7:30 am. CrossFit Class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, is moving to 8:15 am.
  • The 9:00 am. CrossFit Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays is canceled.
  • The 10:45 am. CrossFit Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays is canceled.
  • The 4:10 pm CrossFit Class is moving to 4:15 pm.
  • The 5:20 pm CrossFit Class is moving to 5:30 pm.
  • The 6:30 pm CrossFit Class is moving to 6:45 pm.
  • Weekend classes are staying the same.
