DESCRIPTION

  • Working through 5 fast-paced intervals for today’s conditioning piece
  • You’ll complete the listed work for as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes, and rest:60-seconds until the next 4-minute window begins
  • To help maintain intensity, choose dumbbell weights that will allow you to achieve a minimum of 1+5 rounds and reps per minute.
  • Record your rounds and reps for each interval, as your final score is your slowest interval of the 5.
  • Rounds begin on the [0-4-8-12-16]
