CrossFit is the most effective exercise program in the world. Far more than a group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting. Workouts are different every day; intense, but personalized for each participant’s level. Each class is coach led and includes expert instruction to make sure you have a challenging, safe, and fun training experience.
The CrossFit experience starts with our On-Ramp program: a step-by-step orientation to a healthy life guided by a personal coach.
Learn CrossFit 1-on-1 with a personal coach before joining our group classes.

Monthly Membership FAQ
- Autopay with credit or debit card.
- Classes renew and bill on the 1st of each month.
- MKT Fitness requires a 30 day written notice to process membership cancellations.
- To place a hold on membership: a 2 week written notice is required.
- The absence must be 2 weeks or longer.
