CrossFit is the most effective exercise program in the world. Far more than a group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting. Workouts are different every day; intense, but personalized for each participant’s level. Each class is coach led and includes expert instruction to make sure you have a challenging, safe, and fun training experience.

The CrossFit experience starts with our On-Ramp program: a step-by-step orientation to a healthy life guided by a personal coach.

On-Ramp Program

The MKT On-Ramp program is a CrossFit prep course designed to help you maximize results and make progress faster. The program consists of;
Learn CrossFit 1-on-1 with a personal coach before joining our group classes. 
  • Private intro sessions with an MKT Coach.
  • Goal setting.
  • Nutrition education and sample meal plans.
  • Body fat test and circumference measurements. (*optional)

Monthly Membership FAQ

  • Autopay with credit or debit card.
  • Classes renew and bill on the 1st of each month.
  • MKT Fitness requires a 30 day written notice to process membership cancellations.
  • To place a hold on membership: a 2 week written notice is required.
    • The absence must be 2 weeks or longer.
