MKT Yoga serves to promote wellness through breath and movement, and hopes to inspire people to be happier and healthier through a welcoming and accessible approach to yoga.

Because we have a “down-to-earth” class, welcoming to beginners, where students are encouraged to modify poses to create the experience they need for that moment. With our all-level class, that emphasizes on the powerful flow of breathing while moving, we are confident that we have something for everyone at MKT Yoga.

Classes Generally Include:

  • A gentle warmup
  • Standing and balancing poses
  • Seated poses and cool down stretches
  • Savasana
